I am new to your site, and have found it very easy to use. I was wondering if for tohse of us that do not want to access the adsult section. Can there be another payment plan for that? Even if it costs the same and the other plans.

[moderator: You can turn off display of adult content in the preferences menu. In a future version this will be password-protected.]

Is there a way to reset the Bandwidth Used, indicated on the bottom left of the application window? I can't seem to access any more videos and I was wondering why the amount of Bandwidth I've used is limiting and stopping me from uploading/buffering any more videos.

[moderator: the bandwidth resets every month, on the date that you first signed up for Graboid. This is true for all accounts other than the Platinum unlimited version. Free accounts are 4 GB (about enough for 2 movies or 10 TV episodes, more if you're viewing highly compressed files).]

In time if it gains members and is a success, I will hand over the administrative rights to the owners of Graboid if they would like it to be another outlet to gather our thoughts and such.
By the way, I recieved notice that it may take time for the site to be approved, so please check back if you can't log in yet.

It's best to copy the above URL and paste it into your browser address line, I find that Graboids browser tends to be abit slow, hopefully it will improve in time.

Please take a moment and visit another site that will try to improve Graboid .
I just started it December 4th so it's just an infant, but it should be helpfull for Graboid users and also help in designing a better product.

I agree with Kelly about the "back" feature. I have found that I quickly check out the downloads of the day but almost immediately go to the Search feature and for mostly TV shows. Once I find the show I'm looking for, if I download more than one episode, I'd like to toggle back and forth between the "downloads" and my search without having to re-search. The "back" (and possibly a "forward") button would be so much more convenient.

I think what I've truly noticed that's frustrating is no "back" application. If I click an episode I want especially in a season, I'd like to be able to go back to the list that came up under my search. For example: If I want to watch all of season 2 of CSI, I'd type in CSI 2x... once I click to download episode one, I can't get back to my list of CSI season 2. I have to go all the way out and search again. All in all, loving it though! :)

Really think Graboid's members need to relax a bit when they go to tell everyone they know about this incredible utility. I don't think Graboid otta' give incentives for those who do as they most definately can't handle a huge flood of new users to quickly. I bet eventually they will have to post when there are available slots open for new members. I would recomment to Graboid that you discontinue allowing new members at no charge. There is a total frenzy coming your way, and with the word of mouth you will not have to allow free memberships. Just my opinion, but we do need to think about the current members who are paying full price, members who really shouldn't have to wait for the proper bandwith to come their way as they wait in line to begin watching a movie. We want Graboid to succeed, but helping them not grow to quickly would be beneficial both to them and to us who currently pay for memberships. Am I right Graboid?

[moderator: There are certainly limits on how many new users we can handle in a short period, but we upgrade our servers continuously to increase capacity in response to demand. We have no intention of discontinuing the free version. Bring on the frenzy.]
