Account Preference

In accordance with PayPal’s ‘Acceptable Use Policy’, we have been requested by them to make an adjustment to our Graboid application, more specifically the ability to change an option within the Preferences section.

If you would like to have this Preference active to your Graboid Account, you will need to cancel your PayPal method of payment and re-subscribed through Credit Card. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard.

You can do so by logging in and paying through the Account Management screen located here:

http://users.graboid.com/subs/member.php

Then select Credit Card as your method of Payment.

If you are not using PayPal as a method of payment we are able to manual enable the content restricted by PayPal if it is currently disabled.

Simply send us a short email with your username included and we will be happy to change your preference.

At the current time, Graboid accepts payments for your Subscription via PayPal, in addition to Visa or MasterCard payments.

New Payment System

We have moved to a new payment system that will allow a more seamless account management process for our users. Specifically, you can now update your credit card information and cancel your account directly from the account management page (accessed using the ‘Account’ tab in Graboid Video).

If you have subscribed using PayPal, nothing will change with your account. Your subscription will continue to be active until you upgrade or cancel.
