After a few exciting days, things have settled down a bit. Less commentary on the blogs, as we address many issues in our FAQs, and a slowing down of support requests, about 50% of them now relating to userid/password issues. Every once in a while we get a true “bug” reported, a highly valuable element of any beta trial. And we have a view of baseline useability issues that are being worked on as well.
We’ll be issuing our first post-launch survey in a couple of days, now that we’ve resolved most of the critical issues. And sometime next week we’ll probably issue the first software upgrade. Thanks to everyone so far for providing us great feedback! And apologies to all the Mac users out there who we don’t have a product for yet (and who we didn’t warn of this fact prior to launch).
All good things do eventually come to those with Macs.

Awesome, looking forward to the upgrade and the new survey
One feature request:
My C: drive is very small - I usually store media a different hard drive.
Could you add a feature to move the archive to a user-selected directory?
It seems like an easy thing to do - and would make the program MUCH more usable to me, and I’d imagine, to others doing the same thing I do…
Is there any way to reduce the quality so its possible to actually stream the video, because my connection speed does not match up to it and it just suddenly stops streaming, or a way to pause and control the streaming if possible
Thanks for the suggestions, guys. We’ve already got rebuffering working in the next release, so as the buffer runs out the video pauses rather than stops. Try archiving your videos and then watching them if your internet connection isn’t up to the task.
We’ll also be including the option to choose the downloading directory in a release in the near future.
Excellent news about the proposed change so you can use a different hard drive. I’d love to be able to watch these on my laptop, but as it seems with pre-built computers, my laptop’s drive is minimal at best.
