Every day a number of people post technical questions here as comments to blog entries. Such posts belong in the user support forums. They will be deleted from the blog. Especially with account-specific questions (can’t log in, bandwidth issues, forgot password…) you should email support @ graboid.com.

If i could get a hold of someone i would, but i cant. i have 26688 mb left to down load and nothing will down load on my computer
[moderator: what happens when you email support? You have to wait 24-48 hours for a response]
i cant even get the email to go to the support . i even tried to email from yahoo instead of the one that comes on your computer.
There are still people who think that if a video file does not stream means that it is bad. People need to realize that the video file most of the time is Good. They just have to download it. I can’t tell you how many video files I have come across like this.
