I want to give you money, but can't |

I want to renew early but (not for the first time) the system won't let me. It's only giving me the option to upgrade to Diamond (I'm on Gold) which I don't want. Can you help please? [/quote]

Asche, why can't we renew early anymore by ourselves? I know you said it had to do with double payment issues, but we used to have that option and it got removed. I know the renew early used to cancel the current subscription and made a new one with that date as your next renew. My account actually shows it's renewing early each month after I renewed early long ago. I figured it would just change the subscription to my current date, etc. and still let me renew as needed, but it never lets me renew it myself. Lately I haven't needed to renew early, but when the time comes, it would be nice to be able to do it ourselves instaed of needing G to do it for us. You've got other stuff to deal with, lol.

May not happen that often but I do agree 100% with DM, I've been able to renew early the last few times but not now. It seems rather random to be honest. Admin issues maybe?

the system will one let you renew early so many times, before CS has to "reset" the account.
DM - if you renewed early once, yes the system will tag subscription as a IE Gold Renew Early membership. however the re-occuring will happen on that renew early date.
yes i know that is so confusing LOL, no other way to really describe it though.
it is a system admin setting that is set that specific way to CS and management purposes.

LOL, my "so many times" was once. But I don't need to renew early very often anyways so it's no big deal for me anyways. Thanks for the info though. Many others will know from now on, lol.

OK, is there anyone that can help. Despite my email to Customer Support, I have had no reply. I get that Graboid is a small company, I get that they're very busy with the resources they have. However, like all companies, what makes them grow and become more profitable is a revenue stream. I want to help that by giving MORE money to the cause. Why then, is such an easy fix not being enabled? I'm not a whinger but this whole situation is very frustrating. Graboid is a great idea with, by and large, a great product but customer service is VITAL to maintain and improve it. Come on guys, help me out here.

My bandwidth has been reset. However, I have noticed that this is due to it being the 5th November, my renewal date. OK, so I'm a happy bunny about being able to download again but not happy about the lack of support. Enough said, I know no one is holding a gun to my head to use the Graboid service but I do hope my point is seen as valid and maybe (?) taken on board.

I am experiencing the same thing. I have only renewed my gold membership early once and now do not have the option. I have to wait for another week and a half before my subscription is up and I am getting very frustrated that I am not receiving a response from Graboid. They send you an automatic email reply letting you know that they received your email and that someone will usually get back to you within one business day, but so far still no reply Eeek, I think I am going to have Graboid withdrawals!
