 HELP!!! Bandwidth vanished! |

Hi,
Here's what's heppened:
1. I've got the Silver membership, and with over 7Gb left I started downloading a 1.6Gb movie.
2. It stopped 51% of the way through because I ran out of disk space - cleared out a load of disk space and resumed the download.
3. The download seemed 'stuck' at 51%, so I figured maybe I needed to try a different source for the movie - I cancelled the download and *POOF* all my available bandwidth disappeared!!!! 
Over 7Gb gone!
I've only just paid up, so I've now got about 3 weeks left with 0 bandwidth, having downloaded a total of about 2.5Gb!
Can anyone help????

Contact support Click Here Make sure you explain what has happened. They will get this fixed for you. Have you tried logging out and rebooting your puter and then trying G again? It may simply need to reset itself.
