Just signed up not having good luck |
|
I started off with free trial and had no problems with the movies, I then went to paid and the first 3 movies I tried to download completed, said download complete then changed to failed and now says processing not complete. There's plenty of room on my hd. So I waisted quite a bit of MB allowed on nothing. Any advice cus I don't want use my whole months worth downloading movies I can't watch.

I believe there can be many reasons for this happening. I can't help but would suggest Kshutch or Darkman might help you. PM them if you can't wait for them to answer your post. They're both really helpful

don't get discouraged graboid is great. I'm on my second month and have download a lot of movies and tv shows without any problems. When you download something it is always a good idea to download items with a big green dot beside them if possible.

pelton, look in your _partial and/or temp folder and see if you have your movie/show in there. If you see a bunch of rar files, use Win-rar or 7Zip to extract the movie/show to your HD. You can get both the programs by clicking Utilities in my sig.
