1. I cant delete files from the download section. I have gone into my downloads on my hardrive and can delete there but it still wont delete from graboid??
2. Downloading isnt working, I select the show to download, it appears in my download section and then when it finishes downloading it disappears? Its not on my hard drive either?

Close and restart Graboid and see if it will let you delete them. Deleting from within Graboid removes them from your HD also, not just Graboid's program. To fix the disappearring dl's problem, run Graboid as Administrator.

Hi I'm having some trouble with movies failing after they download. After it goes down to the Downloaded portion of the screen before the title it says FAILED 5018049. And this time I got a pop up stating "An error was encountered when saving the neccessary download information, unfortunately this file may be unavailable, and to contact tech support because there maybe something more. Can you help me out Wink

There is really nothing we can do to fix the failed dl's...That is usually a host problem and incomplete files. As for the unavailable file part, the file may have been removed from the hosts server. Try a different copy of that movie/show.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, up until yesterday Graboid was working fine for me. However, now whenever I attempt to stream a video it downloads fine, plays for about a minute then freezes.

I've tried rebooting my PC but it makes no difference. Any ideas how I could fix this?

reset your modem and router. (unplug for a few) If that is not the problem it may be due to a hop on a server. these tend to be temporary. In the meantime I would suggest just dl'ing them and watching that way. Most of us do this as streaming has a lot of variables that can mess up

Thanks for your advice sabreo69o, unfortunately I have no idea how to reset my modem & router. Could you give me an idiot's guide to doing it?

When I download the video the download freezes at about 25%, I'm not sure if this is linked or a separate issue.

Unplug your modem and router, wait about one minute and then plug them back in. Smile

I was just wondering if someone had an Idea as to what I can do...
Up until last night, everything worked just fine. But last night and now today I cannot download or stream anything. It just sits at 0%. I watched a movie yesterday in the morning and when I came back from work I now get nothing. I have reset my router and pc and still nothing. I have even tried using a near by wireless network and again nothing.

Start Graboid and clear your cache and try again.

Yes, it does. Start G and click your dl tab. Then click Status. Then Clear Cache.
