Canceling Your Free Graboid Account

To cancel your free Graboid account, simply do nothing. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be removed from the system.

Canceling Your Premium Graboid Account

If you subscribed with PayPal:

1. Log into PayPal
2. Click “History”
3. Within the “Subscription Creation To…Graboid Inc” Click on Details. *You may need to select a longer timeframe from the “Recent Activity:” drop-down box if you have had your account longer than a month.
4. Scroll down the Subscription Page, Click the button that says “Cancel Subscription” and follow the remainder of the steps.

This will stop any future payments from being sent to Graboid but does not immediately close your Graboid account.

If you subscribed with your credit card, and did not use PayPal:

Please login to the Account Management section. Once you have logged in, you will find a “cancel” link in the Your Payment History section at the bottom of the page. Clicking on the ‘Cancel’ link will open a new window. In order to complete your cancellation you must click on the ‘close this window’ link within that page. Closing the window any other way will not complete your cancellation.

Confirming your account was cancelled.

Your account cancellation will be confirmed by email to the email addresse registered to your Graboid account. If you do not receive this email your account was not successfully cancelled and you will need to contact Support for further assistance.
