I would also like some other interface, as I am a Linux user. If you provided any sort of API, geeks like me would be going crazy to write you a better Windows client, a solid Linux client, and a mac client, for free. I think ya'll are shooting yourself in the foot. If you released any sort of specs for your existing network, people would line up to make code that runs better then anything out there, for nothing.

If the only option you leave for crafty developers is hacking and reverse-engineering, your going to find yourself "losing" revenues from non-sanctioned clients (the only way for me, a Linux user, to play a DVD, is to decrypt using the DSS routines, on the fly, It's actually just as easy to pirate a DVD as it is to watch it, because it's the same exact process.)

If your network offers anything that other networks don't, you can bet someone will do the same to your setup, with or without your permission.

So to summarize: armies of free developers, working around the clock, for nothing, or lost revenues, smaller customer base, and lots of ranty freaks like me getting on your case all the time. You decide.

My first day and I like the Star promotion I think it's clever. And I see from some of the blog posts that there's day where bandwidth is not counted sounds great.

Why don't u guys provide web-interface to these videos? I have MAC and cannot use your software....

[moderator: We're all Mac fans and plan to release an OSX version eventually. A browser-based interface can't be provided for technical reasons that have to do with how Graboid streams video (we don't host the files, so have little control on format, and we're not just transferring you to another site).]
