hi i think that this program is wicked but would be better if you could leave comments on the quality of the film etc the tick thing is good to show that it is the right film but not good enough. this program would be amazing if you could view coments like of torrent websites. still the best program ever!

i was going to sign up for the unlimited service but found out I couldn’t use my credit card to pay and was FORCED into using PayPal which everyone knows is not secure at all! This is one potential $39/month user that got away. What a waste to develop such a great product and then screw it up at the finish line and make it too difficult to purchase the service.

how can you tell which ones are in hidef. other movies are no in good quality please asst. in this matter . i dont want to pull my acct. like the program, ifeel i am not getting what i upgraded too.

I like the new look but why can’t we watch a program without downloading it anymore

I cant download anything anymore does anyone know why this would be? It always says your video is downloading but in the In progress part there is nothing, and space is not an issue because have platinum membership, contacted support days ago with no response -

Is anyone else having this problem?

[moderator: sometimes if you close Graboid and re-open you'll find that the file actually has been downloading. Other than that, there's no particular reason why it would stop working. Nothing has changed on our end. Please email support at graboid.com and they'll be able to help you. There may be something particular to your account.]

When you vote could we have a short sentence as to say why we voted positively or negatively, e.g. a tick for - “I enjoyed the film” or a cross for - “the film was of poor visual quality(but I thought the film was good)”. Maybe the next time. Cheers.

How come all your recent downloads have jumped from 100s of MB to 1000s of MBs? Is your success anything to do with this?
