Who exactly should we be emailing for support problems??? I cant seem to find an email address to send my problem to!
[moderator: sorry, the way I wrote it is a bit ambiguous. Click here to email. We try not to publish actual email addresses because of bots that scour websites to grab email addresses for spam lists. Just replace ‘at’ with ‘@’ in support at graboid.com
Wehn i signed up for this site you stated that i am able to watch 8 movies and most movies according to when i first signed up were 500MG, and i was only able to watch 3 movies in their entirety, I feel that was false advertisement and just stated to i would sign up. i am very disappointed with your sight. i was going to become a platinum member or a gold member but now that i see i am unable to watch the 8 movies i was PROMISED. if i am not answered i will post many forums staing your sight false advertised, how sad to lie to those who downloaded your false staement
[moderator: if you could point out where you saw us suggest you could watch 8 movies on a free account, I'd appreciate it. You can typically watch 10 TV episodes or 3-4 movies. The size of each file is listed. You get 4 GB, and it is totally up to you which shows you choose to view.]

If you are using the Free account you are limited to a 4GB download, which is shown a t the top right of your login page, every movie/tv show will be a different size and so will limit how many ‘Full Movies’ you can watch.
I have used other torrent sites and this is the easiest to use and the instructions are clear.
I have had a couple of quality issues with the downloads, but I rated them down to help other people choose, if the wanted to risk trying the same file.
I’m thinking about upgrading to the $4.99 account as I used all my 4gb up in the first week.
Remember this is a free service, not HBO!
hey - i was just wondering if any MB you don’t use one month get added onto the next? i am REALLY addicted to a show and am so disappointed its over my limit (only just tho!!)- its the only reason i got this in the first place. If not is there any way i could download 1 or 2 episodes instead of the whole season - i need a tv show fix, however small!

still not being able to down load anything what a waste of money. Its just not right that I paid 14.99 for only one week worth of down loading and I dont get to use the 26688 mb that are left on my account. No one will even get ahold of me through my email to let me know what is wrong with the program

How do I sign in and access video content?
[moderator: you have to download and install the application from our website, then create a free account (the install process will take you through this). Then you access the program from the start->programs menu in Windows.]
I love Graboid! and will be upgrading soon, its on my boyfriends email but I think I’ll definitly be getting unlimited, thanks for the amazing quality and quick uploading! You Rock! And Canadian to! Go team!
