   Hi,

   I was downloading some movies into the late night and went to sleep and let my computer continue to run.
   When I checked on the downloading it had stopped but did download some of them.
   Now I’m trying to get back into your login area to continue to download (because it knocked me out of your site), and I cannot.
   I checked my email to see if you sent me a link after I signed up for the FREE 1 month usage, and don’t see anything.
   I also noticed a desktop icon but when I click on it nothing comes up.
   Please help, and thank you for offering this site.

   - You have to launch the application (using the desktop icon) to use the software. If you’re having difficulty, right click on it and choose run as administrator. Any other issues, please go to our forum.

   Can’t use the support forum because it does not recognize my user id or password. I checked, used them correctly, no luck. I am stuck with a no-name file trying to download, 0 completed, bandwith used up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, emptied the cache, no luck. still can’t use the system. (I had previewed a film and decided to stop, and now it is in the dowload mode without the cancel option because there’s no film name). Will try tomorrow, then uninstall again if I don’t get it fixed or get some help.
