For the past couple of weeks we’ve had intermittent issues with email bouncebacks from our support department, and new users not being able to log into the support forums.
Rest assured your emails to support ARE getting through. The mail not delivered bounceback errors reflect a problem with our mail server that we’ll have fixed as soon as possible. Our support forum is currently down for maintenance as we fix problems with some users not being able to log in. That will be back up shortly.

Please set me a new password and username. I have sent this message 6 times and I still can’t log in even with the patch
[moderator: you have to download the app and register again. If you've done it once already then you can't get another account without talking to tech support - they'll try to reset the one you have already.]
I can’t log in - I get the error message too. How long is this going to take to fix the problem.

Hi - As I understand it, for a free subscription I am entitled to 4.0 each month - given according to the date of registration. My date was Dec. 28th, and for this new month,(beginning Feb. 28th) I have not been assigned my allotted amount. Could you please fix that?

Why is it that downloading TV shows are so slow for me??? i Use Wireless internet and normally it downloads everything really fast but for some odd reason it takes centuries to download just one TV show i have a free account so i dont know if thats the problem or not shouldnt it be faster then this??
[moderator: use http://www.speedtest.net to check your download speed. A typical high-speed connection (DSL or cable) will come in at 4000 kbps, which is a good speed for Graboid. Anything below 1000 kbps will give you slower load times and probably not let you stream anything but the most highly compressed content. Free account server speeds are identical to premium accounts.]
