Support Requests

We love hearing from our users, especially the polite ones. But we’ve had so many new users lately that support emails are starting to take time away from software development/improvement. Just a quick note to everyone - please read the FAQ, or re-try what you’re doing, before getting in touch with us.
- You have to download the Graboid application from the website to watch videos. You can’t watch via your web browser.
- If you didn’t get your confirmation email to activate your account, look for it again, especially in your junk/spam folder.
- Copy and paste your password and userid from our email into the Graboid login fields. Make sure you haven’t appended a space at the beginning or end of the password - it’s very easy to do when copying in Windows.
Thank you for using Graboid! We’re working to make it better. If you like it, please let us know. It helps our programmers sleep better during their short nights.
Please do not post comments requesting account or technical support, they will be deleted. For tech support go to our user forum, and for account questions, use our contact form.

The only problem I have been having lately has been that I cannot download anything, I can buffer everything just fine, but as soon as I click the download icon I get the collecting download information status, then it tells me my download has been added to the queue, but nothing ever actually gets added to the queue. I have tried re-installing, but it is still doing it, *angry face*.
Moderator: Try clearing your “Temp” folder in your download directory.
Having a terrible time getting movies to play all the way through, even though I upgraded they just stop and the media window goes small…
Also no sound if i do get a movie to play, not always but 9 times out of ten.
I have to go through about 6 or 7 movie choices before one will actually play.
any suggestions?
Moderator: I suggest that you download the movies, then play them for best results. Try “Audio” -> “Audio Tracks” and choosing an audio track.
this is a great site. i highly recomend you for making this vehicle available for us movie lovers to access films that are so hard to find. in the recent weeks i have been fortunate to have viewed films that would not have been availible at simmilar sites. i applaude you!
just want to send more kudos to the owners of this site. i had a problem a few days ago. lost a download and some bandwidth i had purchased. all bandwidth and the download was restored along with a bonus 2gb as an appology. and to whom it may concern the film downloaded without a hitch and i enjoyed it in its entirety. keep up the good work. you have my total support. a very satisfied member.
I’ve only been using this for a few days, but you guys did a great job from what I can see. Only problems I’ve run into are with streaming. I guess some other people have been having the same problem, it just randomly stops playing. Not a big deal though, like you said you can just download the whole movie. And with connection it only takes about 20 minutes. I’ve never found any other way even remotely this fast.
Only other thing I’ve run into is downloading Short Circuit II then realizing it was in French. But I understand it may take some time to get all the flags up next to the movie. But overall it’s amazing, keep up the good work!
If I upgrade will I be able to download and copy to a DVD and play on other DVD players?
[moderator: you can copy files to DVD whether you have a free account or a paying account; however, the Gold plan is the lowest level that gives you access to full length DVDs (typically 5 GB apiece). We don't provide the software for doing the DVD burning, but there are plenty of applications out there that will do it for you]
