Usually I can get a movie after the 3rd or 4th time but now from either of my two computers for the last 5 days I cannot get anything. One computer says: "An exception of class xmlexception; xml parser error 2. And the other computer says; "There was a problem while trying to sign on to Graboid, try again or contact support.

I am having trouble logging on. I have sent support several emails but they keep telling me "check your username and password". Needless to say, that is not the issue. I have been using Graboid just fine until yesterday. I tried logging on, was asked to install the new version and after that I haven't been able to access graboid. My username and password work just fine on the website but it will not on the Graboid Beta - Sign In. What is wrong and what do I need to do?

I was confused as to why nothing would stream or download anymore, but it seems to be caused by the bandwidth cap. I assume this means I can no longer test the program, and I am disappointed. I was actively participating and sending bug emails to you guys, and I can't even test the next release of the software. Oh well.

So long for now.

Here's an interesting question. I found under Preferences->Account Management that it says I have a bandwidth limitation and that I have almost reached it. Is this a beta item that is just there to show you how much people use or will this shut me out once I reach the upper limit. I have about 3 gig to go and would like to continue using the service beyond that.

Finally getting used to the software and archiving - it can take a long time, but for the size of the files I find it very reasonable.

Can the titles in the search frame show which language the videos have been dubbed in? A bit frustrating when you've waited for a video to start streaming and the speech starts up in another language.

I could never open a movie...so you suggested I archive it first...I am STILL waiting for that to happen. You said it would take a long time...but how long is a long time?! I don't know if I can let this continue to archive after 1 hr now and counting... Maybe this should be recommended to do overnight or something?! Anyone else having this trouble?

I've been trying to log in for some time now and all I get is:
"An exception of class XmlException was not handled. The application must shut down.
Exception message: msg:XML parser error 3: no element found
Exception error 2

Any way to fix this?

<em>[Moderator: this is usually caused if your internet connection is down, or the server can't be contacted. There will be a more appropriate software response in the next beta -- aka, this has been fixed.]</em>

Hey there, been trying your service for quite some time and it seems that having the built in web browser video information panel really slows it down a lot. Maybe make it default to either blank when you go through the videos (ie you have to select one to play it and the browser adds time on top of that) or have it default to a simple comments page so people can post about ones in other languages or useful information like that. Just a thought.
