this is my question, i have routered connection where my mother and my brother share the connection. i have graboid downloaded and i have used it. now my mother and brother want to use it and they are unable to because of me. that is not fair they are unable to use it because of my. can i ask why they cant use it? we all have the same IP address and they cant use graboid. does anyone know?
[moderator: the rule is one free account per IP address or PC. It is paying users that allow us to offer free accounts, and if the number of free accounts skyrockets, we wouldn't be able to offer them at all.]
How do I change the language to English from a downloaded movie?

if i upgrade now, even though i just paid 4.99, im still charged 14.99?
[moderator: Generally, you upgrade after you've used up the silver bandwidth (4.99) and you're given an additional 50 GB for the $14.99. Contact support @ graboid.com if you upgraded to silver and then upgraded again to gold without using your silver bandwidth.]
how do i delete my bandwith so i can download more shows?
and how can my husband get an account with his own email?
[moderator: Bandwidth refers to how much video you transfer (watch or download), not how much you have stored. Once you've watched 4 GB worth, you'll get more 1 month after your initial signup. Right now Graboid free accounts are restricted to one per IP address and one per PC. Your husband can get his own free account by signing up on a different PC at another IP address. Graboid is so good…! But I don’t understand, I downloaded the free version, but are my 4GB restored at the begining of each month? Is the space I didn’t use added to the next months space?
[moderator: Bandwidth is restored every month on the anniversary of your original signup. There is no carry-over of bandwidth from one month to the next.]

When you are done with your bandwith what do you do?? can you still watch videos?? i tried watching some videos but some didnt work for some odd ball reason do i have to upgrade to get more?? or just wait till like 2 months i signed up 2 days ago
