Some users are experiencing difficulty with our automatic upgrade from earlier versions to 1.2.2.1. Upon upgrade and launch, a blank white screen appears and the program halts. We do not have a fix for this currently, although we’ll be releasing a new version of the software on Monday that should solve the problem.

** Note on July 13 – AVG Firewall can cause the white screen problem, although there may be other causes as well. Try disabling your firewall and see if that fixes the problem.
