Graboid is popular. Perhaps a little too popular lately. We were taken by surprise with site traffic this weekend and as a result are experiencing intermittent server delays that can result in an XML Parser error when you are launching Graboid. This can usually be solved by immediately relaunching, or waiting a few minutes. Sorry for the issues, we’re working to resolve the problem. And thanks for using Graboid.

Well done for letting us all know that you are aware of this problem. It really has been a pain in the arse over the weekend, but seems to have cleared this evening (7-9pm UK)
Does this mean I didn’t have to throw my computer away? Seriously thanks for the immediate response I didn’t think you worked on weekends
Thanks for the timely update…I was really close to heckling the support staff with my concerns .
It was a pleasant suprise to find an immediate response; however I am still having that parser error 5 when trying to download. It’s refreshing to find a company that cares enough to let us know that something is being done about. Thanks Graboid.
What is up with the NilObjectException? It has driven me straight outta my mind!!!
I have not been able to get into the left side “Flagged” to download into “Download”. I couldn’t with the first release and can’t with the 9.5 release. I have removed it from my computer and reload it, still the same.
What can I do besides trash Graboid, which I don’t want to do?
I’m going nuts…………………
[moderator: For the flagged folder, the only quick fix is to go into the graboid/misc folder and delete the file named flagged.xml. Unfortunately that will delete your existing flagged files. If you're trying to drag items from flagged into download, please contact graboid support. We're doing two things to get rid of that annoying nilobject error - one is an entirely new version of the app sometime in November, the second is we're gradually moving subscribers over to a new set of more reliable servers, and that is happening right now. Good things come to those who wait. Our sincere apologies as we wrestle this thing to the ground.]
