After the fantastic level of response to the our last blog post, I thought we could use some feedback regarding our site. By “site” I mean our web site, and not our application which you use to download your masses of video content.
Your participation in our little poll would be extremely helpful, but even better would be posting your thoughts in our comments section — so don’t be shy!

I think that you need to incorporate more about the app into the front page.
It’s too simple, and having your blog posts about ’sorry we cannot take new users’, new users WONT SEE THIS. The majority of readers of this blog will already be users and therefore won’t effect them.
I don’t think it’s too simple at all! Although I am a PH.D. computers are very scary for me. graboid makes it easy even for me and everyone is going to have changes and issues in the beginning, I love thier honesty! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!
A very good set up to be sure. The only things I would add would be that the program would allow pasting into the search cell and save searches.
It would also be nice if the starting screen listed the files by date of entry on the site.
Hmmmmmm you forgot window #6 “This will never fly”. Just trying to be helpful. Personally I am 99% happy with the system as is. If you can get my service provider to get off my back about too much band width useage that would be nice

I was torn as to exactly how to vote. I think the design is great. I love the look. Very clean and simple. I wish there was a little more content though. I’m not quite sure exactly what else I would add if it were up to me, but I remember the first time I visited the site thinking…hmmm, there’s…not much here. That probably doesn’t really help. Sorry. But on the whole I think you guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!

would be good if we had the file format, so that we can exclude file systems that we cant use. those MKV files are ok to watch on the PC but i dont have a program to burn them and trying to convert them always messes up.

I love love love this website. It looks great(but those stars might be a nice addition). I am using this almost exclusively to watch tv and movies. I look forward to see what new content is available each day. Keep up the great work, although I would like to see that cursed “nil objection” go bye bye.

Must haves:
FIX THE BUGS (this thing wiped my entire HDD clean when I installed it!!!!)
More English content (is seems to me that the majority of us speak English, yet 1/2 of all the content is in another language)
Filter out the garbage files
Completed Series (75% of everything I have searched for is missing many episodes)
Would like to see:
Subscriptions (if I like a show I do not want to go back and search for it everytime I want to watch some more of it)
A Want List (Stuff that users would like to see added)
I’d like to see the image resolution (ex., 576×432) between the Size and Rating.

Morpheus , kazza , strong dc , dc++ ,Odc , Bitlord ….etc they are fast for small files but for movies forget it it will take u up to a day maybe 2 to download a 700MB movie 2 DAYS max speed will probably hit THE MID 200Kb/s if you are lucky and it’s not going to Download at that speed for long only about 2 3 min max so compare 200kb to 1mb u can’t and it’s faster than that about 1500kb/s on average so so don’t look anymore trust me u won’t find anything I LOOKED EVERYWHERE FREE OR NOT THIS IS THE BEST YET i looked around and i tried over 100 programs and nothing came close to it actually one did i don’t remember what it was
but it used the same strategy DIRECT IP that’s what makes it faster

For the guys at Graboid: It is obvious you guys purchased more servers Today as I am now able to watch some movies which were having buffering issues yesterday. My bandwidth has almost tripled allowing me to watch movies without any problems now. Just wanted to thank you and let you know how happy I am to see you investing the very money I pay you into your expansion!

The “look” of your site is unimportant. What is important is: 1) download speed (NOT under Graboid’s control), and 2) a fully-working, non-beta Graboid.
First, my compliments to your support team for being so responsive and helpful while I got all the bugs worked out from my end.
Second, the streaming and download viewing quality is excellent, and the Platinum level is a bargain.
Third, it would be nice to have acess to personal viewing history.
Fourth, if it’s even possible, I’d like to be able to delete items from the lists that I know I would never view.
Last, but not least, my compliments to you for such a great product and service!

I have upgraded my account to gold and the website says “instant upgrade”. It’s been nearly an hour so far but the funds were imediately removed from my credit card, but I still cannot get the HD movies. I have submitted a ticket for this and am waiting for a resolution response ( I got the automated one) Is this abnormal or does it just take time for it to reach the server?
