Graboid Live Chat
 About a month ago we launched a small scale Live Chat test within the Graboid application. We had a few hiccups and the process was a little clunky so we cut the test short.
However, we still believe there is tremendous value in having a ‘Live Chat’ option because it allows users to talk to us directly while ensuring that you have access to the application and your account.
Although our next test is still in the development & testing phase, tell us what you think about having Live Chat Options.
Graboid Referrals Beta Testing
Calling all Graboid Members – we recently launched a new beta Graboid referral program and we’re ready to open it up to everyone, including free trial users, but only until your free trial expires. So don’t waste any more time. Now, whenever you refer a friend through the Graboid referral program you’ll receive a reward of 5 gigabytes for every individual that signs up for the free trial. What’s even better is that you can redeem your 5 gigabytes when you want them.
Graboid Referral Tip: Redeem your gigabytes when you want to use them, so you never risk the chances of losing them at the end of the month.

Q. Why can’t I download multiple videos on Graboid at the same time?
– Keith P.
A. You can’t simultaneously download multiple videos on Graboid because you simply don’t need too. With some file sharing applications, having more downloads going lets you hit more servers and can improve your download speeds.
However, Graboid was created so you can download from high speed servers all the time. With downloads being in the queue, the total download time for all files is the same as for multiple downloads, but you get one completed file much faster. So just have your videos queued up and ready to go. Graboid will take care of the rest.

Graboid Tip Of The Month
Make Sure Your Video Has Sound.
Ever download a video that had no sound or was in the wrong language? If so, you might be able to fix it before deleting the file. The sound or English language track is likely stored on a different soundtrack. Just tap ‘L’ while playing the video in full screen mode to cycle language tracks.
If you are looking for English language videos, try sticking to files with a US flag beside them. Videos without a flag could be any language. You can set your language preferences in the right side bar of the application. Remember you can also try streaming the file first to double check the sound if the file is 2000MB or less. Start getting the results you want.
